Once someone completed the purchase, we can ask multiple questions to understand their pain points. This will help to understand the student's problems.

Instead of the courses tab it would be great to have a membership tab in the community where members could see all what is included in their membership tiers. With the actual courses tab they see the content of others tiers...

Add text formatting to posts created in community and into the comments, cause at the moment all the text is non-formatted and the wrap text is not working! (everything is inline)

When a student looks at an event he currently doesn't see the "Join meeting" button if it's screen is too narrow. It would be easier for students to see the "Join meeting" button whatever the screen width, for that I suggest to move the "Event link" column to the 2nd or 3rd column.

I’d like the ability to see my entire list of leads from all forms in one place. I’d like to be able to view all the tags and past emails and form signups associated with that lead. This will help us better understand how people are getting into our funnels, which emails (automated emails and email campaigns) they are clicking/opening, and how they ultimately decided to purchase. Convertkit has the ability to search a specific lead and see all their information/past emails/tags/purchases in one place. Instead of opening up all the separate forms to try to find them.

As for now there is no native support for Emojis in the normal community posts. It is possible in the comments, but not in post. A workaround is to press control + command + space if you are on Mac or on windows pressing Windows + . (period) to open the system emoji tab. But this is a clanky workaround and without knowing that shortcut nobody will use. So please add this Emoji Icon next to the Community Post icons (like uploading images, videos, audio and so on). Thank you!

I would like to request a review and improvement of the security measures for the registration and subscription forms on our platform. Recently, we have detected suspicious registrations and scam messages, as shown in the attached example (see screenshot), where emails and names are being registered with scam or phishing links related to cryptocurrencies. I believe it is important to implement additional protection mechanisms, such as: Captcha or reCaptcha on all forms. Anti-spam filters to validate email addresses and field content. Additional validation systems to detect fraudulent messages in text fields. This will help protect both our users and the integrity of the platform.
