Email Marketing Campaigns and Forms, Needs Improvement Many Areas:

On Email Marketing. There are a lot of features that are missing, so you should take a look at the backend of other services like Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, Convertkit, etc...as they all have more analytics and better streamlined. Here are a few things I've noticed after migrating to Ezy for emails. These are all related to setting up a lead magnet form, and sending campaigns:
- Add ability to test emails while you are in "Start New Campaign" area, rather than having to go through the entire process in order to send a test. Just add a button next to "Start Campaign" that says "Send a test" and allow for easy input of test emails. Then we can still have that "Start New Campaign" screen open, check our email inbox test, and come back to same screen if all good and send, and/or adjust subject line if needed here as well.
- We need to be able to view our actual visual email after it's sent out in the stats somewhere. Like a button that displays a popup with the email we send out. I often need to refer back to the email, and as of now, there is no way to do this that I can tell.
- Need to be able to export contacts from a form in a CSV file, but need to be able to designate upon export those who unsubscribed and hard bounced, so that if we export elsewhere and import into another system, we don't send people who unsubscribed or hard bounced any emails. Currently system only exports all contacts.
- Need to be able to bulk tag upon importing form contacts from CSV, and make this process easier. I hit a bunch of error messages upon importing because of the way your system needed to import the field names (underscores). But, there was no instructions on the import page about it. Please put some instructions on the import page.
- Need to be able to bulk tag upon importing from CSV, plus the ability to select or bulk tag existing form contacts in some way, so we can segment, and send more targeted emails to those people.
- Then add the ability to be able to send emails to multiple lists or tags. I could only send email campaign to one list. But I could see people wanting to send emails to more than one list, or for sure more than one tagged group. But system would not let me.
- Show the dates in the form contact list, so we know when people subscribed to our list. Currently, I don't see any dates at all in the backend, so I cannot tell when or who recently subscribed?

Agreed .............I have been looking to see where I can view all my contacts and the communication to each client. And it's not there.
I really want to use the email functionality but it's hard to just trust that everything goes out without being able to see it with my own eyes when needed. If a customer raises an issue I cannot see what was actually sent.
Each contact should have a file with all correspondence (email/SMS - if we get that etc....) plus the ability to add notes etc......
And not just contacts who filled a form. Any manually added students should be added to the contacts list and able to be segmented via tags etc.....
There's many areas that Ezycourse is working hard on , but nailing the email side of things (and gamification..........points, sounds, badges, celebrations etc...) will really take it over the top!

Adding to this list:
- The "View Logs" "SubscriptionChange" stats is not very user-friendly. We cannot sort by status, so it's impossible to just scroll through thousands of emails just to see who opted out/unsubscribed to an email campaign, or a lead magnet list. 😮
