I am proposing changes to increase flexibility in the following aspects of appointment booking:
  1. Duration: Workshops, etc will generally run longer than the current 2 hour limit.
  2. Availability: Sessions may not run in a linear fashion. Eg. I run my lead generating sessions on alternate Sundays
  3. Addition of time zones and or automatic conversion. I'm based in the UK but the majority of my audience is spread across all three time zones in the US (EST,CST, PST).
  4. Reminders: I love the reminder function and think it will be further enhanced with the option to send multiple reminders at different intervals prior to an event. Eg. The day before, an hour before, 15/10/5 minutes before
  5. The ability to edit the checkout or insert a registration form/questionnaire so that more than the email address (name, etc) is collected from leads.
