If we change the slug ask us if we would like a redirect if people are using the old url.

Most course creation platforms have the logic built in to do an auto redirect to the new url. So it will be seamless for you if they do implement this. Use the old url link and let ezycourse handle the redirect.

Facebook does the same thing if you create a group.. and later rename it with a redirect. - Cheers
