In the spirit of constructive feedback and win/win outcomes ... I believe you are losing money from not detailing out and testing the use cases and process flow of new functionality - end to end (for purchasers and sellers).
It is great to add these options but they need to be usable. In this case we could be using this to sell our live training but because the flow is not there we are still using our old word press site.
In addition (as noted elsewhere) if events were automatically added to the ALL PRODUCTS widget/page it again would add some simple, powerful and consistent functionality in.
I would be happy to be a 'user tester' of new functions if that is something that would be useful. This would also mean that an 'end to end' video of how to use the function (seller) and what it looks like to (purchaser) could be made at the same time making it easy for users to know how to get up and running with it.

Gabby Button: we know these use cases, we release feature for quick usage. However, plenty request for must have features and fixes getting heigh priority. For example, at least you can send follow up emails manually but yes, automated trigger will be best but we need time. Adding it in all product widget may be good but we made a new widget as we noticed most people may use it differently in a different page. In the end, we will add all widgets in all products page

USE CASE : Once someone has registered for an event, it is really improtant to send a follow up confirmation email and reminders.
The event page is great but it is of little use without the integraton of the email system.
