To have the possibility to select complex audience in a campaign

When creating a new campaign, it would be very useful to be able to define an audience with logical equation like WITH "Students how have [x]tags" AND "Students how purchased [x] product" AND NOT "specific student".
It would then allow to send more personalized emails.
