It would be GREAT to have a Notes section on student's page that can be used for internal notification inside our team.
Things like:
  • what we spoke one the phone or via email,
  • on which date, what was said,
  • what coupouns they used over time.
  • which products they purchased and when
  • What automations they have gone through so far..
  • What tags they have
  • which contact lists are they on
The best would be to start with notes made by us for internal use.
