Set Up Customer Ticket System

Please set up a customer ticket system that is inside of a bigger project management system to handle requests. I have been finding a lot of bugs in the membership system and would like a more systematic way of communicating them and receiving feedback. Things are getting lost in the Whatsapp thread. I would also like to have one person as my point person -- like an account manager. Whenever new people come into the thread they do what I call "push back." They push back on my request either because they do not understand the history of the issue or they didn't read my request fully. Either way it's a big waste of time. I prefer one person to manage the team on my behalf. Thank you!
