As blog posts can be offered as subscription, there should be option to offer a comprehensive search. Search withing the title, description, within custom fields or tags, search within the content. This will make it will friendly for the customers trying to located certain information in membership portal

Good feature. An ability to add a custom search form which helps in more comprehensive information in content and custom fields will help. There are many wordpress search plugins such as WPSEARCH. An inspiration can be drawn from them. They give you an option to put a weight on how the logic searches the content. For example title can be prioritized before the content etc.

Thanks ezycourse team. This will really beneficial. Some more suggestions.
- Have an ability to sort the results
- Have an ability to also return partial keyword from a phrase if it does not find exact match with a note to the searcher that "Exact keyword was not found but here are the results for partial keyword". There should be a setting if someone wants to disable searching partial keywords.
- Have an ability to search within certain category
