It would be nice to be able to replace gallery items if we get a new revision (i.e. update a video, new revision of a digital download, change a logo/promo image, etc.).

If that is technically not feasible with updated apps/software, it would be nice to get a list of all the locations it is used on the site so we can go back and change things later. It can be hard to remember all the locations an item is used, and it takes a lot of effort to slow down and log things as you are building content.

This is more of a user efficiency tool than something that is critical to our sites, but streamlining content development and site maintenance is a huge need, especially for people working on their own or with a small staff.
