Cannot share information with my CRM (HubSpot) unless I have a first name field and a last name field. And when sending emails to students, only first name is typical in the greeting Dear Sally vs Dear Sally Smith.

Please provide an update for this feature improvement. Transactional emails will also be better if they could be Hi Sally {{first_name}} instead of Hi Sally Johnson {{name}}.
