We need customers to have a “Forgot Password” recovery option on any payment page they access.

After entering their email and being prompted to enter their password and log in, they should also have the option to recover their password if they have forgotten it.

Many customers abandon their orders because they no longer remember their password and give up when they are unable to log into their account to complete the purchase.
