One of the things that has me wondering is why EzyCourse does the same thing differently in different places. In this case, I wonder when for triggers, they put the course name for the enrollment, but the ID number for tags. If you want to go and check on a workflow to make sure you didn't click the wrong item, it makes it more complicated. I cannot think of any real reason why putting an ID number would be preferred over a name. I can understand putting both, but don't think there is much value in just putting the ID number.

So, this feature request would be to display the tag name vs the ID.
