Manual payment purchase button

There no purchase button under manual payment. Now if a client pays, how do I know what they purchased and how to contact them? Shouldn't the manual payment option take the client to a second page?
I would like a purchase button that takes the client to a second page with instructions on how to pay. Order is put in the system on hold until i manually approve it. When I approve they get access to whatever they bought.

Good point, when Manual payment, there should immediate instruction displayed. I know it is in Site Settings / General Settings / Payment / Manual instruction - custom text, that is displayed to client, when he selects Manual payment. But it is not clear, where / when exactly that information is displayed to client. That should be written as information near the settings in UI.
