Block keywords or prompt admin users for specific keywords in the community posts we have

Use case: community is mostly K12 students, so we may want to block or get prompted for bad words/tagged keywords

In our LMS, we have been tagging posts by students who used bad words, so we have added prompts that, when these keywords are used, posts are blocked, or, if they are still posted, push notifications are sent to admin users for immediate action.
