Hi there,
I’m trying to permanently remove contacts that resulted in hard bounces from my email list, but the current process is unnecessarily complex and inefficient.
As shown in the first screenshot, I can clearly see the total number of contacts with hard bounces. Below that, there is a detailed list of each contact. However, there is no simple way to select and delete them directly.
Ideally, there should be:
* A checkbox next to each contact
* An option to select all contacts with one click
* A clear “Delete” or “Remove” action to clean the list instantly
Instead, the current workflow seems to require exporting the data, cross-referencing it with another file to identify those contacts, manually removing them, and then re-uploading the corrected list. This is time-consuming and unnecessarily complicated.
In most email marketing platforms, this process is straightforward and can be done in just a few clicks. Here, however, it feels like the email marketing system is not properly integrated with the contact management system, making a basic task much harder than it should be.
Is there a way to simplify this process? Or is there an existing feature that allows bulk removal of hard bounce contacts that I may be missing?
I’d really appreciate your guidance on this.
Thank you in advance.
