There have been requests around not having to go through the order process for free 'stuff'

I agree and here is my suggestion .. that if a user IS NOT a member of the site when they purchase a free product they need to go through the purchase process so that they are setting themselves up as a user and we get the necessary information.

Once a user is in the system the can access and add any FREE product without having to do any further process apart from click on the product.

This makes it a much better marketing system.
