Students should be able to access assignments and assignment feedback beyond the course expiration (if the course creator desires -- maybe it's a checkbox or something).

Let me give you an example: My husband teaches virtually for 2 universities. They have finals at the end of the semester, which have a due date. However, he’s not expected to grade the assignments that same due date because that would be insane! His students also have access to their submitted finals and his feedback on them for as long as they want—they just can’t upload beyond the due date.

Simply put: If a student is losing access to a course but submits an assignment that last day of access, they should be able to receive what they paid for -- feedback on that assignment. It's unrealistic for course creators to provide feedback the day an assignment is submitted every single time.
