Add setting to set a chapter as draft to hide everything in it. So you can made a draft chapter and then publish or hide everything it with only one click.

Especially useful now when you can drag and drop lessons between chapters. You can make a library of template lessons by making a draft chapter in a draft course and duplicate it to a new course and drag lessons from the draft chapter to ta published one.

Yes, you can make a chapter with only draft lessons already. BUT

* If you want to publish or hide a complete chapter with multiple lessons it is tedious work to mark the draft setting on every single lesson.

* If you have a chapter with only draft lessons there's a bug so the chapter still shows in the course player as an empty completed chapter. I have reported this.
