Can you add more functionality to the motivational pop-ups on courses:

1) add hyperlinks and the full editor into the description area for the course motivational pop-ups. For example, if we add a motivational pop-up at the end of a course, we may want to have a "thank you" and a link that people can click that goes directly to the instructor's website, or to promote a specific next course, etc...

2) add the ability to choose where you want the course motivational pop-up to appear. At the beginning, middle, or end of a chapter or lesson.

3) add the ability to save different motivational pop-ups so we can easily re-use them across multiple areas in different lessons, and also for different courses...without having to manually rebuild them each time.
