When someone makes a booking, it would be helpful if they were able to add a short description of the reason for their call. I am a Lawyer and people call for a number of different reasons. It would be helpful to know what area they need help with before I speak to them.

Yes, and they should be able to send documents in preparation for the meeting too. The system should also send a google meet/teams meeting link/zoom meeting link to the client.
