When a question is edited in the question bank (for example, to correct an error or improve wording), the updated version does not automatically propagate to course quizzes where the question has already been used.

Currently, updating a question requires manually removing the original question from the course quiz and re-adding the corrected version from the question bank. This doubles the workload when maintaining or improving course content.

It would be highly beneficial to have an option for questions used in quizzes to update automatically when changes are made in the question bank, or at least provide a sync/update mechanism. This would significantly improve efficiency and reduce manual rework during course updates.
