I agree. We're having the same issue. No way to even assign assignments to the instructor manually. And when we provide feedback on the assignment doesn'tvia the system, the status doens't change. It's either accepted or rejected...which doesn't even make much sense.

So, we have no idea what's left to be done. Also, the students aren't informed when feedback is given. The lesson itself is updated.

At the moment, we're sending individual messages with assignment feedback which is completely unmanagable in the long run.

The entire process is broken.
