Currently, when creating a support ticket, we cannot add .mp4 or .mov file types using the upload button at the bottom of the ticket window. It says invalid file type. Video screen recordings are often needed for tickets. While we can work around this by uploading videos to the video gallery and then linking to the file in the ticket message, it is a confusing and unintuitive process. Please add videos as a supported file type when using the upload button.
