Please allow banner ads to be targeted to specific audiences such as all users who are membership users, or all users who are signed in. This offers a powerful way to provide reminders, and important notifications like last minute date or time changes.

It would be nice to have some more intelligence to them as well. If a person clicks a global banner, it still shows up on the target page (or any other page). If you close a banner, it opens up on any other page it is on, or even if you go back to the same page.
