Despite the correct translation in the Language settings for the word "Eplanation", in the Quizz page the word is not translated.

Hello Pascal Godivier, we have added the string "Explanation" in the quiz page in translation. You may check.

Just to add on: "Thank you for submitting the form. We will get back to you soon" didn't translate too for me. I clicked Language Settings > Edit Translation. Do test on your side and see if it works. thanks!

Hey Cal, there is a success message field in the form builder where you can edit/add anything you want in the toast notification. Attaching a screenshot below-
